How do I check an order?
Use the order-status link in your confirmation email. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Can I request a change or cancellation?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order’s fulfillment status; a request does not guarantee that a change or cancellation is possible.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so we can review it.
Where can I ask about delivery or a return?
Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of delivery estimates or return arrangements for a particular item.
